When she is not preforming, Maggie is a freelance stage combat/sword fighting instructor. With a passion for fitness and health, her curiosity for a fierce and unfamiliar fitness routine led her to pole dancing. Ricky Corado came to LA by way of El Salvador. He became a salsa instructor in 2000 and has never stopped dancing. Many of his thousands of students are now teaching and successfully competing. His smooth style, impeccable timing, and musicality have earned him the "Rico Suave" reputation in LA. He believes Salsa is more than just a dance or genre. "It's the identity of Latinos around the world and a cultural movement." Ricky combines elements of LA, Mambo and Cuban styles of dancing to produce a powerful and true "salsa" recipe.

San Diego, California native, Ellye brings a lighthearted enthusiasm, and an athletic dance background to Studio U. Her lifetime of informed movement led her to the yoga mat in 2007, and then to the Dance Department at Loyola Marymount University. It was there that she was introduced to the balancing, healing, and strengthening effects of pilates, and knew she had to share these benefits through teaching. Ellye finds yoga to serve as a path of self-awareness and balance that invites health, passion, and purpose. Her yoga practice includes vinyasa, hatha, and restorative aspects. Whether on the reformer or the mat, you can expect a graceful flow that engages the breath of the entire body, mind and spirit.
Ginger is a former Broadway dancer/singer/actress from NYC. She has taught pilates and dance for the last 10 years, and integrates her knowledge of kinesiology and massage therapy into her sessions. She has worked at a body rehabilitation institute in Beverly Hills for the last nine years, incorporating physical therapy practices into her private trainings as well. She has extensive pilates training in pre and post natal, as well as surgery and injury related movement. Or she can push with a high level fitness workout. She is adept at figuring a client out immediately and modifying according to their personal needs.
